lizlo for iPhone

Terms — review draft

The planned structure of lizlo’s service terms, with current feature and safety limits. These are not final or effective Terms.

Local review draft — not an active policy or agreement

This is an unfinished local page foundation for review. It is not approved for publication, has no effective date and does not request your agreement or consent.

Before publication, William and qualified reviewers must confirm the legal operator and public address, accountable privacy contact, selected countries, minimum age and any parental-consent process, required languages, retention periods, provider settings and contracts, and the exact release features.

The selected support and privacy mailboxes still need delivery, monitoring and authority checks. No response time is promised. This page does not change an accepted agreement or a historical record.

Separate documents, separate choices

The working legal draft proposes Apple’s Standard EULA for the iPhone app licence, separate service Terms, a Privacy Policy notice and a session-specific agreement for any future eligible money commitment. The final licence choice and App Store configuration still require review.

Viewing a page, following a link or continuing to browse does not record acceptance here. Privacy information is a notice, not blanket consent. General Terms, saved-payment-method choices, session authorization and authenticated early exit must remain separate.

Current service limits

lizlo is an iPhone focus app with optional tools, routines and local progress records. CA$0 focus and guest use remain available. Account and provider features depend on the enabled build and your choices; development examples are not promises of production availability.

Real-money collection and capture remain unavailable. Any future live commitment needs separate eligibility, legal, provider, security and operational approval. These draft Terms do not authorize a hold, charge, forfeiture or saved payment method.

No particular improvement in focus, sleep, health, grades or other personal outcome is guaranteed. lizlo is not medical care, an emergency service or a substitute for Apple’s system controls.

Guided Access & safety

Emergency Services and Crash Detection are unavailable while Guided Access is active.

You start and end Guided Access yourself. lizlo cannot switch it on or off or guarantee its operation. Do not begin when you may need immediate phone access. A timer reaching 0:00 does not end Guided Access.

Learn the version-aware Side Button or Home button steps before use. End Guided Access when safety, emergency access or accessibility requires it. Do not make emergency calls or trigger SOS to test it.

Session outcomes & historical records

Completion releases the hold. Cancellation, never locking, emergencies, accessibility problems, crashes, reboot, battery loss, unexpected Guided Access loss, technical failures and ambiguous evidence are non-chargeable. Only an explicit, confirmed and authenticated early exit could support forfeiture in a separately enabled system.

A pending release or refund is not a provider-confirmed final outcome. A review request never authorizes a charge. Support coverage and correction authority must be verified before a real-money service is offered.

Any future Terms version must preserve the original accepted session amount, duration, rules and records. This page does not amend an existing agreement or historical copy.

Commitment-result and account help

Content, accounts & connected services

The source draft does not claim ownership of your private notes, tasks, recordings or files. Use content and provider services only with the rights and authority you have. Connected services have their own terms and availability.

Do not share authentication codes or access another person’s account. Account deletion is available in the app; optional export, local erasure, provider records and unresolved recovery evidence are explained in the Privacy foundation.

Decisions required before public Terms

The legal operator and address, countries, minimum ages and parental-consent handling, payment eligibility, EULA selection, retention and provider arrangements, verified contacts, and required languages remain open. This page chooses none of them.

Qualified reviewers must settle applicable consumer rights, warranties, responsibility, dispute forums, governing law and material-change notices for the selected territories. No worldwide waiver, liability cap, arbitration rule or effective date is introduced here.

Final Terms need approval and the correct affirmative acceptance process where required. This local page has no acceptance control and sends no notices.
